A Year Full of the Mystery
of Life
This is the year when we learned a lot about Life
This is when our Dad and Grand Dad passed away
This year was struck with sorrow after Claude Da Costa,
our Dad and Grand Dad, passed away suddenly. As we helped
him fight for life, we re-discovered our fighting spirit and
how strong, resilient and courageous we all are. We connected
with scores of friends and family members from all over the
world: US, Europe and Africa.
From San Francisco, Silicon Valley, to Abidjan in Ivory
Coast, we strengthened our friendships with people that we
care deeply about. Each of them brought us joy, healing and
a greater appreciation of Life.
The year was full:
A new niece! Keona, born in Atlanta on 7 Septembre 2007
After over 3 years away, we went back home to Montclair,
California for the summer
Elise got her american english back at UC Berkeley's kids-camp!
Pauline has a new good looking boy friend; Daddy is watching...
Annick, Mom, is taking all kinds of personal growth workshops:
exotic dance, massage, etc... and Hervé,
Dad, loves it.
In response, he shaved his mustache... big
deal for him...
He became is a coach at Google
Eclipse, the wondercat, brings dead mice inside every day!
Tornado Annick, remodeled and built an ancient room in our
house
Finally, we are making many new friends in France where
we now feel home.
